1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of loopq.si and loopquantum.si (the "website"), operated by [Company legal name], a company registered in [country] under company number [registration number] ("LoopQ.si", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website.
Our platform, pilots and support services are provided only under a separate written agreement, such as a pilot agreement, order form or master subscription agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Website information, not an offer
The website describes LoopQ.si in general terms. Capabilities, timelines and outcomes for your organisation depend on your data, workflows, hardware and configuration, and are confirmed in your proposal and agreement. Nothing on the website is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or a commitment to deliver a particular feature.
Descriptions of measured quality, availability or performance refer to how we measure and report them. They are not a promise of a particular result on your workload.
3. Prices
- Prices on the website are list prices per month and exclude applicable taxes such as SST, GST or VAT, which are added on your invoice where they apply.
- Prices in currencies other than Malaysian ringgit are list prices for that market. They are not live exchange-rate conversions.
- Compute, hardware and any work beyond the included support hours are priced separately.
- We may change list prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed quote or order form.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the website's operation or security;
- scrape or copy the website in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it;
- use the website or our email addresses to send spam or unlawful material;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organisation.
5. Enquiries and datasets
When you send us an enquiry, or send sample documents or datasets to in@loopq.si:
- you confirm that you are entitled to share the material with us for evaluating and scoping a pilot, and that doing so doesn't breach any law, contract or confidentiality duty;
- you should send samples or anonymised extracts only, and no sensitive personal data, unless we have agreed a secure transfer in writing;
- you keep all ownership of what you send. We treat it as confidential and use it only to evaluate, scope and, if you go ahead, deliver your pilot;
- we never use your material to train models for anyone else, and we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unsolicited ideas or feedback about the website or our products may be used freely by us, without any obligation to you.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics and the LoopQ.si and LoopQuantum.si names and logos, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of LoopQ.si. Any other copying, adaptation or distribution needs our written permission.
7. Third-party names and links
Names such as NVIDIA, PyTorch, scikit-learn and Hugging Face are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe compatibility; their use does not imply endorsement or partnership. Links to other websites are for convenience only. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it is complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the website is legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
